Not really. You can do this on your own. However, if you’d like us to apply basic branding, we’re happy to do this for you! 🙂

What's included in the Branding service?

Branding service includes updating the theme’s colors, fonts, logo, images. It does not include modifications to the page layout. For this, you could consider our Customization service.

How long does the branding take?

Usually this takes 5-7 working days after we have access to your Freshdesk instance.

Can I get the branding later?

This service is only available within 30 days after your theme purchase.

What if I want to change my Freshdesk portal branding after 3 months?

Unfortunately, this branding service is a one-time complimentary service that we provide within 30 days of theme purchase. If you require re-branding service, please reach out so we can help scope the work and provide you with a quote.

What's included in the 6-month free support?

Troubleshooting of default theme code or customization done by Taaza Professional Services team is included.

Unfortunately, if the theme code has been modified by other developer, we’re afraid we won’t be able to provide support for those part of the theme code.

Do you offer extended support package?

Yes, you can have extended support from our team after the first 6-month period. Check out our extended support package.
